Unpersonalized Items

These are leather products that have not been made or customized by the Leather Chamber according to your specifications.

All such leather items purchased from the Ready Leather Goods selection, which have not been customized in any way according to your wishes, can be returned to us within 14 days after receiving the package, without any justification.

Of course, it goes without saying that we do not accept returns of used items, and the shipping costs are your responsibility. However, if the package containing a properly intact item is returned to the Leather Chamber, the amount paid for the item will be refunded to your bank account immediately.

You are always welcome to come and view ready items at the Leather Chamber – so if you have doubts, it might be easier to come and check the desired leather item with your own eyes. Please get in touch to arrange a meeting!

Customized Items

Leather products that have been made or customized by the Leather Chamber according to your specifications and instructions.

Items that have been made or customized based on the information you provided cannot be returned to the Leather Chamber. This includes, for example, an item that has been decorated with a design of your choice, has your desired initials pressed onto it, or belts for which the buckle attachment holes have been made according to your specified measurements.

We hope that the thousands of photos presented on our pages convey the craftsmanship of our artisans and give you an idea of what results to expect. As craftsmen, we often do not aim to create copies, and whenever possible, we strive to create something different – even if it’s just a small variation. If you have any doubts and would like to have a chat with the artisan before placing your order, please arrange a time and come visit us.

Exchanging Items for Another

Hypothetically – what if we make a mistake? What happens then?

We apologize for our error. We hope that your displeasure is short-lived and that you will give us the opportunity to make it right.

If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, we will certainly create a new item for you, or if you prefer, we will exchange it for the leather item corresponding to the amount you paid. All shipping costs will, of course, be covered by us. Please feel free to contact us and let us know what happened.

Gift Cards & Workshop Bookings

What’s in the artisan's pocket is the artisan's own.

Gift cards and workshop bookings cannot be converted back into cash – they are a solid investment that provides the holder with either a nice leather item or an exciting hands-on experience with a wealth of insights into vegetable-tanned leather.
